Food was delicious. Corn nuggets and coleslaw where my favorites. We got a few pieces of pie to go because although we were stuffed we couldn't leave without some. We have not tried them yet though. Oh and they have their own version of honey butter 🧈 😋.
Food portions are great along with great flavor. They have a huge menu with a variety for any person. On my photo it's huevos rancheros & the sampler. I recommend their home fries.
So much to chose from. We came here for lunch after visiting the fort worth zoo during our vacation. Everything was excellent, kids loved the place and the large selection of breakfast foods all day long. We also bought a whole chocolate pie to take back to our cabin. It was delicious. Highly recommend
My boyfriend and I both had the Belgian Texas shaped waffle, I had bacon and 3 scrambled eggs, and he had sausage and 3 over easy eggs. The bacon was to my liking of being crispy. My waffle was very good, but the eggs were too buttery for my liking. His meal was great from his standpoint. The coffee was spot on, and the orange juice was great. I loved their coffee mugs, I wanted one so bad, but I have too many already.
Stopped in for lunch and was blown away! Myra is an amazing server! Fast, accurate and so very attentive! Free soup for lunch and the minestrone was homemade and delicious. Chicken friend state is one of the best I ever had! The baked chicken was seasoned perfectly and so moist and tender! Quant little spot that is family owned and operated! Home cooking at its best!
